Vicki Sue Dills, 57, Akron, Indiana, died at 7:18 p.m. at Lutheran Hospital in Fort Wayne, Oct. 14, 2016. She was born in Richmond, Aug. 24, 1959 to Larry and Edith (Meyers) Kulhman.
