Verlin Stayer, 84, of Warsaw, passed away Saturday, Nov. 15, 2014, in his residence. He was born Aug. 22, 1930, in Sidney, to Ernest and Lovell (Druley) Stayer. He was a lifetime resident of Kosciusko County.
