MILFORD — The Van Buren Township Advisory board will re-convene its adoption meeting on Monday, Oct. 3 at 6:15 a.m. in the Van Buren Township office, 101 S. Main St., Milford.

VAN BUREN TOWNSHIP — Harry Doty, Milford, who has served on the Van Buren Township Advisory Board for a number of years, has resigned his position effective Dec. 31.

The Van Buren Township Advisory Board will be meeting at 6:30 p.m. Monday June 22 at the new location of the Van Buren TWP Trustee Office, 101 S. Main St. Milford. This meeting will be a budget workshop for the 2016 budget process.

Four candidates will be running to fill three seats on the Van Buren Township Advisory Board during the Nov. 4 election. Among the candidates are three Republicans: Harry Doty, an incumbent; Stephen Unruh, an incumbent; and newcomer Robert L. Beer. Incumbent Vickie Marquart will be running on the Democratic ticket.
