INDIANAPOLIS — Former Arc of Indiana Executive Director John Dickerson says he will run for the Democratic nomination for the United States Senate. The move marks the first run for public office for Dickerson, who led the organization serving people with disabilities for more than 30 years.

Richard Mourdock, Republican nominee for U.S. Senate, will be making a campaign stop at the Kosciusko Republican Headquarters, 215 E. Center St., Warsaw, at 2 p.m. Wednesday, Oct. 31. Kosciusko County Republican Chairman Randy Girod invites the public to stop by.
