MILFORD — Milford Fire Department has been called to the scene of a two-vehicle accident at SR 15 and CR 1350N.

Alejandro N. Velasquez, 17, East Levi Lee Road, Warsaw, was cited for no valid driver’s license and unsafe lane movement after a head-on collision Saturday on SR 15, south of CR 600N, Leesburg.
