WARSAW — Amendments of contracts for two projects were approved by the Warsaw Redevelopment Commission Monday afternoon, Nov. 7. The amendments were made on contracts with American Structurepoint Inc., for the Buffalo Street project and Troyer Group for the CR 300N road project.

Troyer Group’s Timothy Wall and Michael Reese were again on hand at the Monday evening, Sept. 14, Milford Town Council meeting to present estimated costs for the three proposed plans to renovate Milford’s facilities.

Milford Town Council was again visited by Timothy Wall and Michael Reese of Troyer Group at its monthly meeting Monday evening, Aug. 10. The consultants presented overviews of three plans for moving ahead with the town facilities study.

In a very brief gathering, Milford Redevelopment Commission met Monday morning, July 13. In what turned out to be the only new order of business, the commission approved its annual “no excess” assessed value letter.
