Tobie H. Blalock, 91, of Mentone, Ind., passed away at 5:30 p.m. Friday, Dec. 7, 2012, at Kindred Health Care Center of Bremen, Ind. He was born May 7, 1921, in Sevierville, Tenn., to Fred and Martha (Myers) Blalock. On Dec. 25, 1942, he married Dorothy Nottingham in Mentone. She died on March 16, 2012. Tobie served in …read more.
