Mary A. Stump, 78, New Paris, died in a two-vehicle accident  at 12:59 p.m. today at CR 21 and CR 40, north of New Paris. Elkhart County Sheriff’s Department reports Stump was transported to IU Health Goshen, but was pronounced deceased.
