Ervin J. Schwartz, 99, formerly of Nappanee, died at 9:20 a.m. Tuesday, Feb. 23, 2016, at Miller’s Merry Manor in Wakarusa. He was born Dec. 31, 1916, in Bremen to Joseph and Emma (Miller) Schwartz.
