Theodore “Ted” R. Holland, 71, of Bourbon, passed at 4:20 pm, Saturday, Dec. 6, at his residence. He was born March 29, 1943 in Plymouth, Indiana to Floyd “Tom” and Jessie (Bradley) Holland.
