Thelma Rohrbaugh, 85, South Bend, passed away at 3:26 a.m. Monday, May 4, at Miller’s Merry Manor, Plymouth. Thelma was born on Dec. 13, 1929, in Evansville, to Ora and Anna Mae (Hutchinson) Skelton.
