Thelma I. Pasley, 96, of Plymouth, Ind., passed away Monday, Sept. 1, 2014, at St. Joseph Regional Medical Center, Plymouth Campus. She was born in Steubenville, Ohio, on Jan. 27, 1918, to Sinclair and Lucy Mae (Marsh) Boyd.
