Thelma Blue, 79, of Warsaw, Ind., and formerly of Mentone, Ind., passed away at 2:20 p.m. Friday, April 25, 2014, at her home. She was born Jan. 10, 1935, in Gilead, Miami County, Ind., to Lee and Bertha (Easterday) Moyer.
