Thelma M. Barlow, 79, of Leesburg, Ind., passed away at 10:20 a.m. Wednesday, Nov. 28, 2012, at Gardens at Lake City, Warsaw, Ind. On Nov. 19, 1933, she was born in Winchester, Ind., to Ward and Florence (Mixell) Rector. She married George Barlow on Nov. 24, 1972, in Parker City, Ind., who survives. Thelma moved …read more.
