As many as 1,000 young children will be part of a summer program headed up by United Way that will attempt to get some of the most vulnerable students back on track ahead of the return to school this fall.

When the call came in for masks, due to the COVID-19 crisis, one Leesburg woman knew she needed to spring into action. Ever since, Marsha Frantisak of Leesburg has been making masks for United Way of Kosciusko County.
