WARSAW — The city of Warsaw Parks & Recreation Department will feature the musical group, Bigger Picture at this Friday Night’s Concert by the Fountain, Aug. 14.

Contracts with entertainment for the Warsaw Parks and Recreation Department’s Central Park Concert Series were approved Friday by the Warsaw Board of Public Works & Safety.
