SYRACUSE — Snow couldn’t stop Syracuse residents from enjoying the annual Syracuse Winter Carnival on Saturday, Feb. 10, even after the snowmobile races were canceled.

SYRACUSE — Syracuse-Wawasee Chamber of Commerce shared progress on the Winter Carnival at its board meeting Wednesday, Jan. 6, with Kristi Martin, chamber assistant director, stating several of the event’s activities had been solidified.
Due to an unseasonably warm fall, the Wawasee Kiwanis Club has opted to move its 2016 Snowmobile Drag Races from Jan. 30 to the alternate date Feb. 13.
