For its last meeting of 2019, Monday, Dec. 9, the Syracuse Parks and Recreation Board looked ahead to 2020 projects while also wrapping up a few year-end matters. WARSAW — The Park Board meeting, held Tuesday, Oct. 20, reported the completion of multiple projects, including a new disc golf course, an installed playground and the Kiwanis garden. The meeting also covered the resignation of Director Liz McKinley.
