Kosciusko Cares has a few spots left for their Strengthening Families program starting at 6 p.m. Tuesday, Oct. 27, at Quaker Haven Camp in Syracuse. The Strengthening Families Program will be rolling into Warsaw Friday, May 1 and Saturday, May 2, with its group leader training.
