Stephen F. Randolph, 53, Culver, passed away on Oct. 23, 2015, at St. Joseph Regional Medical Center in Plymouth. Stephen was born on March 23, 1962, in Beach Grove, to Allen F. and Joan (Walters) Randolph. He was one of three children.
