KOSCIUSKO COUNTY — Kosciusko County Prosecutor Dan Hampton issued a statement to the media following numerous inquires regarding the medical status of Mickgomery W. Hisey, 26, Syracuse, the driver involved in the accident Dec. 25 claiming the lives of Kim Conrad and her son, Stephen Conrad.

SYRACUSE — Thousands came to Wawasee High School to celebrate the lives of Kim Conrad and her son Stephen Conrad II Wednesday evening, Jan. 4. Not only for the visitation but for a celebration which began at 6 p.m.
