KOSCIUSKO COUNTY — Six individuals have been arrested in association with various thefts reported near Milford. The thefts occurred in October. Those arrested are: Mitchell Andrew Reynolds, 26, Syracuse, charged with felony theft and misdemeanor possession of paraphernalia. Residents of Milford lined the streets of town Monday morning to witness the annual Memorial Day parade.

Stepping off from the corner of Main and Emeline streets, the parade route continued north on Main Street to the delight of those anxiously awaiting the procession.
