ELKHART COUNTY — The victim recovered by Indiana Conservation Officers this morning, Wednesday, July 20, from the Saint Joseph River has been identified as Kendall Deshawn McGee, age 18, of Elkhart. An autopsy has been scheduled for tomorrow, Thursday, July 21.
