The Indiana Department of Transportation announces that the SR 13 closure in North Manchester, between Briarwood and Hillcrest Drive, previously scheduled for today, Sept. 4, has been cancelled. The work has been postponed until mid- to late September due to Norfolk Southern Railroad scheduling conflicts.
