SYRACUSE — The fire early this morning, Friday, Jan. 26, at 12650 N. Rainey Road W. Syracuse, has been ruled accidental. The cause was investigated by the Kosciusko County Squad 70 Fire Investigation Team. Roxanne Arnott and her dog were able to get out of the structure unharmed.
