SOUTH BEND — For the fifth time, a joint motion to continue the stay, until approximately Nov. 6, has been granted in the case of Kathleen Meeker and Kosciusko County Community Fair Inc., as both parties try to resolve the case. The request was granted on Sept. 9 with response on or before Nov. 9 of any further proceedings.
The Kosciusko County Community Fair Inc., has found itself in U.S. District Court, Northern District of Indiana South Bend Division, as a defendant in violation of the Americans with Disabilities Act.
