NORTH WEBSTER — Due to ice conditions, snowmobiles will be on display until 4 p.m. today, Feb. 6., in the gym of the North Webster Community Center, 301 N. Main St. (SR13), rather than out on the lake participating in races this year.

The Syracuse-Wawasee Trails Committee installed 27 signs recently along portions of the trail, it was mentioned at Monday night’s meeting. The signs were installed starting at Eastshore Drive, going down Pickwick Drive to Cornelius, Harkless Drive up to the high school and to the tracks at Main Street. Ten more signs are needed. Even with the warmer weather, members of the Indiana Vintage Snowmobile Association got out to the North Webster Community Center to show off their vehicles.
