WHITKO — Indiana’s electric cooperatives and their statewide magazine, Electric Consumer, have named the winners of the 20th annual Cooperative Calendar of Student Art Contest. Whitko High School had four winners.  Sidney Overmeyer, sophomore, and Madelyn Foutz, senior, each earned first place for their work.
