Sherry Jo Bailey, 76, Warsaw, passed away at 7:06 p.m. Thursday, Dec. 7, 2017, in her residence. On August 27, 1941, Sherry was born in Van Wert, Ohio to Charles and Marcile (Bisel) Hall.
