U.S. Senator Joe Donnelly joined Marshall County Commissioners, Indiana Department of Transportation (INDOT) leaders and dozens of U.S. veterans to celebrate and officially open the new Veteran’s Parkway/7th Road interchange in Plymouth, off the U.S. 31 freeway.
