Seelpa Keshvala, Ph.D., was welcomed to the community at an open house Thursday night at Stonehenge Golf Club in Winona Lake. Keshvala is the new vice chancellor and dean of Ivy Tech Community College’s Warsaw campus.

Seelpa Keshvala, Ph.D. has been appointed the vice chancellor/dean of Ivy Tech Community College’s Warsaw campus. She will join the college on Aug. 6. Keshvala replaces Randy Maxson, who was appointed executive director of Institutional Effectiveness for Ivy Tech’s North Central Region in December.
