INDIANAPOLIS — Arlen Brennaman of Syracuse is seeing gold after scratching a record-making winning lottery ticket while on a break from work in Goshen. An employee at Forest River Inc., Brennaman said his initial reaction was complete shock after scratching off a ticket worth $7 million.
