WARSAW —  A Warsaw man was sentenced today, June 12,  for charges stemming from two separate cases. Scott Elliot Cochran, 433 W. Center Street, Warsaw, was sentenced on charges of possession of meth and possession of a narcotic drug. Cochran’s charges stem from officers finding drugs in his possession during traffic stops.
