Pratt, 71, of Columbia City, passed away at 12:15 a.m. on Saturday Sept. 24, 2016 at Parkview Regional Medical Center, Fort Wayne.  Born on March 31, 1945 in Whitley County, she was the daughter of Ralph and Katherine (Coyle) Pratt.
