Sandra Acord, 64, of Ligonier, passed away at 10:30 a.m. Monday, Jan. 26, 2015, at Kendallville Manor, Kendallville. She was born on Oct. 29, 1950, to Marjorie (Adkins) Meade in Chauncey, W.Va.
