Ruth M. Rose, 72, of Syracuse, Ind., passed away at 9:35 a.m. on Sunday, Dec. 29, 2013, at Kosciusko Community Hospital. She was born on June 6, 1941, in Elkhart, Ind., to Edward and Eva L.
