Ruth (Bowen) Bowman, 90, Plymouth, passed away early Friday morning, Jan. 20, in the Signature Healthcare of Bremen. Ruth was born April 29, 1926 in Amberg, Wisconsin, to the late Charles Edward and Jesse Ellen (Beetsma) Bowen.
