Conrad E. Townsend, 85, Winona Lake formerly of Royal Center, passed away peacefully at 1:08 p.m., Wednesday, Feb. 22, 2017 at Grace Village in Winona Lake. Arrangements are pending at Harrison-Metzger & Rans Funeral Home, Royal Center Chapel.
