Rosella M. “Rosie” Hardy, 90, of Leesburg, passed away at 3:45 p.m. Tuesday, Sept. 8, 2015, at I.U. Goshen Hospital in Goshen. She was born on Jan. 7, 1925, in Warsaw, to Edward E. and Mamie F.
