Rose Markham, 91, of Syracuse, Ind., passed away on Wednesday, June 11, 2014, at Millers Merry Manor in Syracuse. She was born on Jan. 31, 1923, in Goshen, Ind., to Roscoe and Cleo (Ruffner) Goble.
