Ronald G. Shepler, 76, of Warsaw, Ind., passed away 7:06 a.m. Thursday, Aug. 8, 2013, in Kosciusko Community Hospital, Warsaw. Ron was born Jan. 27, 1937, in Warsaw, Ind., to Ralph and Helen L.
