Roger Wise, 77, Plymouth, Ind., passed away, Saturday, Nov. 29, 2014, at Woodlawn Hospital, in Rochester. He was born on Dec. 22, 1936, in Plymouth, Indiana, to Walter A. and Dulcie (Hewitt) Wise.
