INDIANAPOLIS – Val Tsoutsouris of the Rochester Sentinel is this year’s recipient of the IHSAA’s Distinguished Media Service Award for District 1.

Rochester is facing a federal lawsuit that claims the city and Fulton County encourages bad police work.
