KOSCIUSKO COUNTY — A charge of residential entry, a level 6 felony, was filed against Justin A. Ciriello, 19, 12265 N. Creek Bend Lane, Milford, on Nov. 6 in Kosciusko Circuit Court. He has been arrested on Oct. 21 and held on $5,000 surety and $250 cash bond.
