WARSAW — Eventually there will be a new business along SR 13, north of CR 1000N and just south of Syracuse. The Kosciusko County Board of Zoning Appeals hearing officer approved petitions for Robert Vandal that will mean a coffee house and brew pub restaurant of some type will be located on the site of the former Lake City Awning business.
