Robert L. “Bob” Cummings, 87, Warsaw, passed away at 7:40 a.m. Friday, Sept. 9, 2016, at Miller’s Merry Manor, Warsaw. He was born on Jan. 17, 1929, to Theodore and Delta (Parker) Cummings in Warsaw.
