Robert Eugene “Bob” Kulb, 74, of rural Wabash, died at 6 p.m., Friday, April 10, 2015, at Wellbrooke of Wabash. He was born June 18, 1940 in Wabash, to Wilbur and Ruth (Barlow) Kulb.
