NORTH MANCHESTER — Retired Rochester High School government teacher, RHS wrestling and football coach and city councilman, Burns Becht, 88, passed away Oct. 11, 2019, at his home in North Manchester. Arrangements are pending in the Good Family Funeral Home, Rochester.
