Robert ‘Bullet Bob’ Niles, 64, of Syracuse, Ind., passed away on Jan. 25, 2014, at Lutheran Hospital in Fort Wayne, Ind. He was born on Sept. 10, 1949, in Goshen, Ind., to Butch and Vivian (Banghart) Niles. Bob was a Syracuse High School graduate.
