Richmond Wadkins, 68, of Silver Lake, passed away at 7:35 a.m. Wednesday, Aug. 5, 2015, at his residence. Richmond was born on Oct. 1, 1946, in Floyd County, Ky., to Nero Wadkins and Minerva (Robinson) Wadkins. He was married to Bobby (Perkins) Wadkins, who survives in Silver Lake.
